The first step is determine your fitness level, your physical endurance, strength and flexibility. Based on your assessment, I will be able to customize your workout program, in a way that suits your life style, offer you enjoyment and definitely deliver the results you aimed for.

Step 2: The Training Routine

At this stage, we will set a customized routine for your workouts and trainings, including the training timings, the type of workouts, the exercises related and the level of intensity and endurance. It is very important to try to commit to this routine for the best outcome.

Step 3: Your Food Diet

Now that we have set your training routine, we have to create a balanced food diet, so you can maintain your fitness level, improve your metabolism and digestion rate and of course stay healthy.
