The Trainer

I am a certified trainer in TRX suspension, XLR 8 coaching and IFPA, and many more to come. My purpose is to help you become a fitter, healthier and a better person.Your success means my success as a personal trainer.

Achievements

I hold the Gold medal in the Lebanese Championship for Body Building in 2011, and again in 2015 for the Lebanese Fitness Championship. Still, my biggest achievement is the progress I see in my clients.

Nutrition

Go for Good Fat. You can lower “bad” LDL cholesterol by eating mainly polyunsaturated fats (found in fish, seeds and nuts) and monounsaturated fats (avocados and many plant-based oils, such as olive oil).

Exercises

Ease Up, especially in hot and humid climates. Chances are, you won’t be able to exercise at the intensity you normally do, and that’s okay.
