Don’t wait for your thirst to tell you when to drink. Once you start thinking about a nice, cold glass of water, you’re probably already 1 to 2 percent dehydrated. during your workout, try to drink an additional 200ml to 300ml of water every 10 to 20 minutes.
Make playlists. There’s nothing like a seriously good song to pump up your motivation. Use your favorite streaming programs, or load up your phone with songs that are guaranteed to make you sweat or just make you want to get started with your new routine.
