I hold the Gold medal in the Lebanese Championship for Body Building in 2011, and again in 2015 for the Lebanese Fitness Championship. Still, my biggest achievement is the progress I see in my clients.
Christmas Special: Drink With Moderation. It is best to regulate your drinking since alcohol, soft drinks or other juices will only add more calories to the ones you already eaten!
Christmas Special: Be Active. You should still perform your fitness routine whenever possible and if you can’t do that, simply walk more, park your car some distance away from the store or just use the stairs!
